Before 2013, I used to be a fitness instructor. That is when I was in the best shape of my life. I was between 155lbs. and 160 lbs., and my BMI was between 5% and 7%. Today, I sit at 185 lbs which is 15 lbs less than the end of last month. Let the journey begin!

Sunrise this morning was beautiful even in the city! Thinking of my aims for fitness routine in June: 1) run 35-40 km per week 2) Attend at least three gym sessions per week 3) Eat unprocessed foods as much as I can! 4) Sleep at least 5 hours per day.
