Assam Govt will bring a policy to ensure management & transfer of teachers of Elementary & Secondary Schools in accordance with requirement of teachers in schools to improve & maintain proper Pupil Teacher Ratio & to improve quality of education in the state.
The policy will also provide responsibility to the State Govt to restore the adverse effect on academic support to the student due to transfer of teachers violating the PTR norms prescribed in the Right to Education Act, 2009 & other relevant rules & norms.

1)Penalise offenders not harvesting Rainwater. Brahmaputra should not become ecologically dead river like Yamuna.
